HR & Payroll Administrator

Do you have a strong interest in numbers and people?

We have an exciting opportunity for an HR & Payroll Administrator to join our young & vibrant team.

You will assist the HR & Payroll teams in administering payroll, benefits, recruitment, employee life- cycle and other HR processes.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Manage full payroll cycle;
  • Create and maintain payroll profiles for staff members;
  • Manage the time attendance system;
  • Prepare termination paperwork and records for employment;
  • Assist with year-end government reports;
  • Support the new hires through an intelligent on boarding process;
  • Manage employee leaves of absence;
  • Ensure policies and procedures and HR programs are consistently administered, aligned with organisational goals and are in compliance with professional standards
  • Plan, manage and coordinate all human resources initiatives; recruitment, compensation, benefits, training and employee relations of an organisation.

Essential requirements:

  • A minimum A’ level standard of education or Diploma in Business Studies;
  • At least 2 year’s working experience in an office environment;
  • Strong communication skills in both Maltese and English;
  • Proficiency with MS Office applications
  • Knowledge of accounting systems such as Dakar, Sage etc.
