Reporting To: Senior Accounts Manager
Job Overview:
Maintenance of personnel HR and payroll systems. To ensure payrolls are processed accurately, invoices raised and payments made to employees with timeliness and security in accordance with the client service level agreement.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Data Inputting and Payroll Reconciliation
- Ensure payroll year-ends are processed
accurately and in a time efficient manner.
- Computation of Sick, Leave & Overtime into
the Payroll System
- Opening/Closing of Employee`s HR Files
- Produce payment reports for all salary payments,
to be directly uploaded into the bank.
- Reconciling bank statements
- Entering transactions into the general ledger
- Other duties as deem fit from time to time.

to meet changing deadlines.
- Requirements:
- A-level Standard of Accounting/Mathematical
Education or Similar.
- Excellent written and oral proficiency in both
English & Maltese
- Excellent proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Experience in a similar role will be considered
as an asset.
- Must be a self-starting, motivated and highly
driven candidate.
- Possess a clean police conduct.
